Ingredients

    ▪ Cooking Spray
    ▪ 1 Garlic Naan Flatbread
    ▪ 20 Grams Red Pepper Hummus
    ▪ 15 Grams Good Foods Queso (or both)
    ▪ 1 Chicken Sausage Link
    ▪ 1 Cup Spinach
    ▪ 50-60 Grams Broccoli
    ▪ 30-50 Grams Tomatoes
    ▪ 40-60 Grams Avocado (1/2 a medium sized avocado)

How to

1. Preheat Oven to 400°F, remove casing from chicken sausage and place in warmed and sprayed pan. Crumble meat--cook for 6-8 minutes
❗If your sausage link is frozen, place it in the microwave for a minute to soften. Make a small slice lengthwise to peel casing off

2. Place foil on baking sheet, spray, and place flatbread onto sheet and bake for 5 minutes, flipping over after 2.5 minutes. While Naan is in the oven, prepare 50-60 grams of fresh or frozen broccoli by either washing and chopping or preparing according to frozen package instructions

3. After 5 minutes, remove Naan from oven, top with hummus and/or queso, cooked sausage, and spinach and bake for another 5-7 minuutes. Once out of the oven top with tomatoes and avocado & season
