Ingredients
- ▪️115 Grams Bob's Red Mill Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
▪️35 Grams Powder Peanut Butter + 3 Tbsp Water
▪️15 Grams Powder Peanut Butter Dry
▪️65 Grams Walden Farms Blueberry Syrup
▪️1/2 Cup Fresh Blueberries
▪️40 Grams Cookie Butter
▪️10 Grams Coffee Granola (recipe on my page and link down below!)
How to
1. Preheat oven roll 350° and prep and 8x8 baking dish by lightly spraying
2. In a small bowl combine 35 grams powder peanut butter and 3 tablespoons water until consistency is of jarred peanut butter
3. In a large bowl combine protein powder, powder peanut butter & water mixture until well incorporated
❗️𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘱𝘰𝘸𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘣𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘢𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘴 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦
4. Add in Walden Farms blueberry syrup, dry powder peanut butter and combine until everything is coated in syrup
5. Fold in blueberries then transfer into baking dish—spreading with your hands will be easiest
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until top layer becomes slightly crispy and browns
7. Once cooled, melt cookie butter and spread on top of baked bites and sprinkle Coffee Nut Granola on top and let sit for at least 30 minutes before cutting
❗️texture in the middle should remain soft but bottom and top will be slightly crisp and help keep everything together!
